We are so excited to present our promising young Gypsy Vanner stallion, Rosewater Cassidy, nicknamed “Sid”. This boy has outstanding bloodlines and is a superb example of his breed. His sire is the magnificant Gypsy Vanner stallion BSG Taliesin, and grandsire is legendary stallion, The Bishop! Sid’s dam is the beautiful Gypsy Cob mare, Clononeen Sinead, owned by Rosewater Gypsy Farm in Wisconsin. Both his sire and dam were imported.
Sid is very well put together, with a solid thick neck, short back, and well muscled apple rump! His flashy 50/50 coloring, striped mane, and crazy amounts of silky hair and feather are a few of this beautiful boy’s best qualities. He even sports a full beard and long curly mustache! His super quiet, easy-going nature only adds to his incredible presence. Perhaps even better is his huge extended stride and awesome knee action! When it comes to movement, this boy’s got it covered!
This fabulous colt will begin his show career in 2008 and we will be using him for our breeding program beginning in spring of 2009. Keep your eye on this boy as he will be one to watch out for!
